Ms. Charmaine Motlhabi completed and obtained her LLB degree with 9 distinctions from the University of Johannesburg in 2019. In the course of her studies, she was awarded a U Jenius Award in honour of her excellent academics by the University of Johannesburg. Her keen interest in Commercial Law together with her strong academics led her into the position of a Business Law Tutor for the University of Johannesburg wherein she provided support to a class of 150 pupils studying towards a degree or a diploma in various courses offered by the institution.
She completed her articles with Brian Khan Attorneys and SWVG Inc over the period of 2020 and 2021 and is currently enrolled with the University of South Africa where she is completing her Practical Legal Studies course. Ms Charmaine Motlhabi has experience in general litigation which spans through various fields of law of which she accumulated during her tenure as a Candidate Attorney.
Ms Charmaine Motlhabi intends on getting admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa post completion of her Practical Legal Studies and is currently appointed as Professional Assistant at Dyasi M Incorporated Attorneys where she works predominately on various commercial contracts, commercial litigation, dispute resolutions and various general legal services. Her strong desire to excel in her career path will see her accumulating exceptional experience in the commercial field in the future.
Brittney Saunders was a Legal Secretary at AS Bosman Attorneys in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, she was promoted to Office Manager with secretarial and personal assistant duties to the directors of the firm. In 2021 she started working for an attorney as a legal secretary. She has vast experience in litigation of the High Court and sales in execution. Brittney believes that every position in a company is as important as the next and that working as a team is vital for a company to thrive but also has the ability to work as an individual when needed. Sibongile Masipa joined the firm in October 2020 as an Executive Assistant. She has 11 years working experience providing executive support. She is currently studying towards a professional accreditation programme with Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa (CGISA) in becoming a Chartered Secretary. Her next objective is completing a law degree.
Ms. Nombuso Zulu completed and obtained her LL.B at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2017. She further attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria and obtained her LL.M (Extractive Industry Law in Africa) in 2019.
The focus of her Master's dissertation focus on integrated reporting in the South African Mining Sector and the King Report IV on Corporate Governance, 2016. She began her articles of clerkship under Bosman Dyasi Incorporated in 2019 and continued to served under the reconstituted firm of Dyasi M Incorporated Attorneys.
In 2021 Ms. Zulu was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and was appointed as a Junior Associate at Dyasi M Incorporated Attorneys where she works on various commercial contracts, procurement matter, mining law, commercial litigation and various general legal services. Ms. Khwezi Zondi completed and obtained her LLB and LL.M (Business Law) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2017 and 2018 respectively. The focus of her Master's dissertation assessed the impacts of the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 and the effects of court decisions relating to employment equity on current employment of black people in South Africa. She began her articles of clerkship under Bosman Dyasi Incorporated in 2019 and continued to serve under the reconstituted firm of Dyasi M Incorporated Attorneys.

In 2014 Mr. Dyasi was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and was appointed as professional assistant at Raborifii R Attorneys where he continued to service clients such as Transnet SOC Ltd, the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport and the City of Johannesburg Property Company.
In 2016 Mr. Dyasi was a founding and managing Director of Bosman Giyose Dyasi Incorporated Attorneys and was head of the commercial department. He continued as Managing Director in the reconstituted firm of Bosman Dyasi Incorporated in 2017 and became the sole Director of Dyasi M Incorporated Attorneys in September 2020.
